Our support plans allocate a specific amount of time each month for site work. If the work isn’t urgent, it can be distributed across your plan. However, if it’s urgent, please reach out to us directly.
Yes, we provide a WordPress Quick Fix service starting at £45. Once fixed, we can then provide ongoing support via one of our WebCare plans.
Our monthly plans operate on a rolling calendar month basis. Should you wish to cancel, simply provide us with one full calendar month’s notice. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued.
